Helen E Long Lasting Lip Colour

Hello lovelies!

Before I start, I just wanted to mention that this weekend I am going away with my boyf so I won’t post any blogs over the weekend but I wanted to warn you but then I will post a big ol’ blog on Monday all about what happened! Also at the moment, like most 16 year olds, I am currently revising for my GCSE exams, so if there is ever I day I don’t blog, then that will be the reason.

Anyway! Helen E is a cosmetic brand which sells all types of makeup products and I just happen to have two of their lipsticks, Hollywood Red and Seville. As you can probably tell I do love my lipsticks so I do apologise if most of my blogs are lipstick related! Now my versions of the lipsticks are slightly old, and really you shouldn’t wear lipsticks any more if they are over 6 months old, but who cares as these are still really good! Seville is a nude glossed lipstick, even though it looks matte, but is a neutral nude rather than like others having a pink undertone. Hollywood Red is also a glossy lipstick, which comes out a very bright red. It is soooo long lasting and literally will stay on forever! I could have it on all day, eat three meals and it still stay on. It is very pigmented and glides on the lips easily, and so does Seville. They don’t feel too thick on the lips and feel very nourishing. The red slightly bleeds into a skin and a lip liner would be the best idea to stop that. The nude can also bleed slightly but doesn’t seem noticeable. Overall it is a good lipstick and I have never known a lipstick to be so long lasting!

Have you got any products from Helen E?
