I actually had planned a Halloween Party blog post to go up yesterday, however after I had taken the photos I put my SD card on my sofa, sat down, and the SD card slid down the gap in the sofa and now I can’t find it. Honestly, I can’t explain how annoyed I am because I baked cakes and everything for that blog post! Oh well these things happen! So instead because I picked up some bits and bobs when I went shopping the other day I thought I would show you this gorgeous eyeshadow palette I got.
When in Superdrug I went to the Makeup Revolution stand and picked up the Ultra 32 Eyeshadow Palette in Flawless. The packaging looked amazing, the colours shown on the back looked amazing and it was only £8.00, so I couldn’t not buy it!
When I was in the shop it caught my eye over the other palettes because of it’s packaging. It is rose gold and anything rose gold goes down well in my books! It does have all the colours displayed on the back, however they are not accurate so a women who was stood next to me googled it and let me see what the colour actually looked like. That is the only down side to this product and the rest is good from there.
The colours in the palette are a good variety, there are some matte nudes, coppers, golds, reds, greens and blues. I feel because you get both matte and shimmery shades and the wide colour choice it is really good value for money. You will also be able to make so many different makeup looks as well with this palette. From the colours I have swatched so far, they seem rather pigmented and are easily blended. I adore some of the names as well. For some reason it is something about palettes with individual names for each eyeshadow that I just love.
I think I am most excited to use the navy colours because this autumn navy smokey eyes are really trendy, especially for a night out. If you want to see a look of that then let me know in the comments.
