Festive Pink Gin n Fizz

It’s getting SOOOOO CLOSE!! We are legit only three days away from Christmas and I am struggling to get festive – like where is the Christmas passion I LIVE FOR?!? But hopefully, with this Christmas drink, all my problems will be solved! I went to a gin n fizz night at my friend Charlottes house the other night (which I loved) and I have now found a new liking to gin. I surprised myself to be honest because I have tried a normal gin and tonic before and really didn’t like it but I did this time!

It is so good that I thought I would HAVE to share it for all of you lot to try (if you are 18 of course… or have parental supervision) because it is simply amazing!

To make this light, pink and girly drink you will need:

  • 35ml of Pink Gin (I have been using Grenall’s)
  • Prosecco
  • Lemonade
  • Strawberries
  • Ice Cubes

This will make one drink but then obvs you can change it and just repeat for more than one. So you want to grab any nice relatively large wine or gin glass – your choice obvs ~~ I have my eye on getting some big circular ones! Then, you want to measure out 35ml of pink gin (a regular shot) and put it into you glass. The next bit depends on how much you want to drink and how much more alcohol you want in your drink. I’d say it is best to add the prosecco and lemonade at a 50/50 ratio, but you can have less prosecco and more lemonade, or just lemonade!

The good thing about this drinks recipe is that you can change it to suit yourself and apart from the gin there aren’t restrictions on what you put in ~ nice and relaxing for a girly evening.

To finish the drink off and make it look 5* slice some yummmmmyyyyy strawbs and pop them plus some ice cubes into your drink.

Honestly treat yourself to one of these because you will regret it if you don’t!!
